Berkshire wedding band Cantley House Wokingham Hard to Handle wedding band “You’ve got to book them!”

If we were ghosts, we’d want to haunt Cantley House in Berkshire. We think we’d make a nice addition to the plethora of other ghosts haunting this 17th century building; we could entertain them with our music and stories of the gigs we have played. As it is, we are still very much alive and kicking, which is why Corinna and Tony were able to hire HARD TO HANDLE BAND to perform at their Berkshire wedding reception! Like many savvy brides and grooms, Corinna and Tony knew as soon as they watched our performance videos and saw our massive 350+ live song playlist that they needed to hire us straight away, because popular Berkshire wedding bands get booked up very quickly, so despite their big day being over a year away, they got in touch and were pleasantly surprised to discover that were are much more cost effective than the majority of other wedding bands from Berkshire, especially given that .

With HARD TO HANDLE BAND hired, they set about putting together song requests that they definitely the band to play live. Why? Because they know that we are happy to take a look at your song requests – it’s best way for us to ensure that you and your guests remain on the dance floor all night. I mean, why wouldn’t we want to play your song requests? They’re your favourite songs so of course you want to hear them played on your big day! It’s an obvious point to make, but many Berkshire wedding bands still think it’s OK to maybe learn your first dance and one other song but either refuse to play any more, or charge extra for the privilege. This is just one of several ways Wokingham wedding bands use to get to pay more money than you originally intended, and it kind of cheapens the whole experience, doesn’t it. So when HARD TO HANDLE quote you for our service, we won’t charge any extra – you can have us on site as early as 5pm and you’ll have non-stop music until the end of the night (just like Cantley House, most wedding venues have a finish time of midnight for live band and DJ music).

If however, your approach to hiring a live band for your Berkshire wedding reception is “let’s choose two or three songs for the band to play and then let them work the room”, that’s exactly what we’ll do. With gigging experience of over 200 bookings per year, you can rely on us and our DJ to create a party vibe that’s tailored to you and your guests. Result? Full dance floor! And that’s exactly why Corinna and Tony loved our performance, though to be fair they were firmly in the “let’s choose all the songs we want the band and DJ to play” camp! Here’s what they requested and here’s what we played:
