We love Bristol! Small yet bursting with life, Bristol is a great place to host your wedding reception, party or business function and there are plenty of great venues available – from funky small establishments in the city centre to the more grandiose stately houses and castles in the countryside. However, when it comes to quality professional wedding bands Bristol does seem to be a little let down. Where is that amazing party band you’re trying to find?
Don’t get us wrong – there’s a thriving live music scene in this city, but many of the bands are not what you would call Bristol wedding bands – they are a little more niche and experimental that you would want to entertain your friends and family on your big day, or not quite smart enough to add value to your corporate event. And while the funky, talented musicians you saw playing at your local pub may have been suitable for the venues’ clientele, outside of it, once the novelty has worn off, they’re probably not going to be able to hold the attention of guests as your Bristol wedding band from 6pm until midnight (by the way we can also provide music for your wedding breakfast).
