HARD TO HANDLE BAND deliver over 2 hours of high-energy rock, indie, pop and a few surprises, with a live DJ keeping the dance floor full all night! And though we can’t remember exactly how many times we have played at Shustoke barn, but we do know that every time we play, we loosen the roof rafters just a little. The key to our success is that every single song we play (34 songs in 2 hours) is instantly recognisable and dance floor friendly. Our philosophy is to play music that you and your guests will recognise straight away, and the best way for us to achieve this is to play your song requests. All of them. It doesn’t matter if we have to learn new songs because we are playing your favourites, all night. And unlike some Birmingham wedding bands we don’t charge any extra for learning new songs, so that when you see out quote you can be safe in the knowledge that there won’t be any “budget creep”. April and Darren hired HARD TO HANDLE BAND as their Birmingham wedding band because they loved our huge mix of multi-genre music including rock, indie, pop and more but also the fact that our DJ can take over and create mixes that will keep the dance floor moving all night. They were also aware they needed a West Midlands band happy to work with the sound limitation requirements of the venue, something not all bands will want to adhere to (so don’t forget to ask the band you’re interested in if this is going to be a problem). As a professional band performing at over 200 bookings UK wide each year, we are experienced in working volume requirements so it’s never a problem for us.
