Devon wedding band music! Good old Bruce – always in a hurry but happy to make an appearance nonetheless. We didn’t manage to speak to him but we did manage to catch up with groom Liam, one half of the team that is Mr. and Mrs. Parkin who hired HARD TO HANDLE BAND to perform for their friends, family and loved ones at the lovely Ash Barton Estate, one of our favourite of the many amazing wedding venues that bejewel Devon.
Liam and Eleanor hired us based on their love of live music. probably just like you, they were looking for a real live band with a multi-genre playlist and tons of charisma to keep their guests on the dance floor all night. They particularly wanted a band who could put their own spin on their chosen first dance, “Times like these” by the mighty Foo Fighers. So we started off slow and acoustic, befitting an intimate moment surrounded by loved ones before launching into to the full on rock majesty of the original.
And guess what? Everyone loved it! It’s just one of the reasons why HARD TO HANDLE are chosen by over 200 brides and grooms each year in Devon and throughout the UK to entertain guests all night.
