Well, isn’t this just about the happiest bride you have ever seen? If you’re wondering why Rebecca is so full of joy, apart from it being her wedding day of course, it may just be because she has hired an insanely talented, experienced and entertaining Manchester Wedding Band + DJ to perform for her and her invited guests at Daisy Bank Manor.
Following the growing trend of having a live band perform a mashup for your first dance, Rebecca asked HARD TO HANDLE BAND to play “Toothpaste kisses” by The Maccabees going into “I bet that you look good on the dance floor”, Arctic Monkees. Wow, what a contrast in styles, but it worked like a dream.
We followed up with over two hours of live band bangers and anthems with our DJ spinning house, Ibiza classics and throwing in some good old wedding favourites for good measure. And of course, the night wouldn’t have been complete without a couple of tunes from Manchesters’ favourite sons, The Stone Roses, The Smiths and Oasis.
